The Position
A hands-on Design Director who leads by example, you’ll make the most out of your design expertise to craft impressive creative solutions across multiple exciting projects.
An articulate and confident communicator, you’ll deliver presentations that are of the highest quality, working hard to ensure complete satisfaction for you, your team and your clients.
Sitting in the sweet spot between art direction and design, you’ll utilize your collaborative approach to work closely with the Creative Directors; managing and inspiring your team of talented Designers and encouraging them to develop and refine their skills.

A versatile, skilful designer who is also a collaborative and approachable leader – you’re someone who is at the heart of each project you work on.
We’re looking for an engaged and experienced Design Director with an impressive background – you’ll have an unmatched understanding of branding and packaging, with a luxury focus. Some solid experience working on advertising and campaign projects is extremely beneficial, too.
We want to see a beautifully crafted portfolio that highlights your understanding of production processes, plus you’ll show us your proven track record of managing and leading great design teams. What will really earn your spot here is passion, drive and a love for what you do.
