The Position
Quickly becoming an inspiring and positive presence in the studio, you’ll provide clear and focused direction to the team around you, stimulating great design practice and heaps of creative thinking too.
A real all-rounder, you’ll split your time between designing and directing, staying at the top of your game in the ever-changing world of design, but also truly passionate about helping the team and business to progress.
A confident communicator, you can articulate ideas and thoughts clearly, more than comfortable when it comes to overseeing projects, directing people and constructively critiquing design with senior clients and internal teams alike.
What We’re Looking For
We want to see a brand-focused portfolio, full of identity pieces, a touch on placemaking and ideally a bit of digital in there too! You’ll talk us through your strong art direction skills and your editorial eye, as well as your international business knowledge.
Leading a team comes naturally to you and you always strive for excellence within your work – we’re looking for someone with plenty of talent, who is excited by the variety this role has to offer.
Confident, social and supportive, you’re someone who knows that collaboration is the key to success. You’ll be motivated to be in the studio every day, bringing the team together to ensure everyone is on the same page and committed to making things happen!
