What We’re Looking For
We want to speak to Senior Designers who have experience working on beauty/FMCG brand projects – you’ll be confident in your approach to collaborative working and final delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Immersing yourself in creative conversations and contributing strategic ideas
- Clearly communicating creative ideas through the creative process to deliver on a project brief
- Provoking and pushing creative boundaries, bringing ideas and influences from the outside world to create connected brand experiences
- Overseeing all your design projects from conception to delivery
- Making logical, brand-led choices
- Putting yourself in the position of the consumer when assessing your creativity
- Building compelling and impactful case studies to promote the company and their work to the wider business
