The Position
Working your magic across all aspects of the design process, you’ll be a champion of big ideas and bold thinking – bringing creative flair and a clear rationale to every project you work on.
You’ll have a clear and comprehensive understanding of art direction and craft – able to comfortably brief and lead projects, proactively offer creative input and knowledge, present ideas to clients and sell your ideas and concepts with real expertise.
Looking to build and maintain effective relationships with everyone who crosses your path, you understand the agency, your clients and their competitors too. You use this understanding to your advantage, and it’s reflected in your work.
What We’re Looking For
We’re after a strategic and creative Senior Designer who can hit the ground running!
Your portfolio should be full to the brim with beauty and packaging experience, as well as holistic case studies – we want to know what you did to own each project, which ideas were yours and how you drove the execution. Our ideal candidate will be inspired by the brand pyramid, and visual identity is definitely your thing!
