The Position
You’ll work hand-in-hand with senior members of the team to implement workflows and increase the creative output of the agency as a whole. You’ll ensure projects are completed to the highest standards, ensuring you have a keen eye for detail across all moving parts within the creative process.
A confident communicator, you’ll provide clear and focused direction to the team around you, stimulating great design practice and heaps of high-level thinking too.
Thinking strategically about everything you do, you’ll have no trouble working at pace and spotting opportunities and challenges along the way, consistently guaranteeing success and growth at the same time.
What We’re Looking For
We’re after a Creative Director who is all about co-creation and taking risks, someone who will bring a fresh perspective and new ways of thinking to the agency.
Big agency experience is really important here – you’ll know how to manage, develop and grow client relationships as well as how to work successfully and collaboratively with those around you. We’re looking for extensive experience within the spirits and CPG categories, plus the ability to think strategically.
You’ll be happy rolling up your sleeves and contributing to all aspects of the design process, confident in your ability to balance this with your role as a leader and a motivator!
