The Position
Utilising your stellar creative thinking and diverse design expertise, you’ll collaborate and lead in equal measure, effectively communicating with the wider team by distilling information and pitching internally to inspire beautifully crafted creative solutions.
You’ll conceptualise and develop ideas throughout the design process, proactively offering input and knowledge to ensure deadlines are met and briefs are fulfilled. You’ll be a reliable and motivating presence for more junior team members, their go-to to get work signed off.
With your finger on the pulse of the latest trends, news and styles, you’ll bring concepts and ideas to life, unafraid to think outside of the box – a real advocate for consistently improving and developing your craft.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a concept-driven and versatile Senior Designer, someone who has plenty of creativity, style and bold thinking.
Multidisciplinary across the creative, you’ll have a portfolio that showcases your range of exciting work, with a big focus on your artworking and packaging design experience. If you have both a background working in-house and mentoring experience, you’ll be more than ready to hit the ground running here.
Our ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in an active and busy environment, with the confidence and enthusiasm to push design further, always looking for opportunities to develop their skillset and exceed expectations.
