The Position
Utilising your versatile skillset, you’ll take ownership of an exciting range of accounts and projects. You’ll take briefs and conceptualise ideas through mood boards and scamps, articulating beautifully executed designs and excelling at every stage of the design process.
Working across branding, campaigns and POS, you’ll balance dedication with efficiency, meeting deadlines with ease and organising your own time and workload successfully.
Pushing the boundaries of design, you’ll craft content that is original and impactful. A real design fanatic, you’ll keep up with all the latest styles and trends in the industry to keep your finger on the creative pulse.
What We’re Looking For
We’re after a conceptual and ideas-led Head of Design with an enthusiastic nature, a keen eye for detail and a persistent drive for excellence.
Flexible in your approach, you’re used to conceptualising ideas from start to finish, and your knockout portfolio will emphasise your varied design skillset as well as your understanding of design systems, touchpoints and toolkits.
We’d like to see examples of your creative thinking in all forms – this can be packaging, social, storyboarding, art direction, motion graphics and more. Surprise us!
There will be an element of management in this role and getting involved within the business, through senior management group responsibilities, process management and presenting to clients. Last but definitely not least, you’ll be passionate and confident – ready to share ideas and excited to collaborate with your team to craft unforgettable work.
