The Position
Translating client concepts into design pieces, you’ll pair your strong conceptual thinking with your design knowledge to visualize and develop solutions for products and campaigns.
By developing strong working relationships with your clients, you’ll work to fully understand their requirements, guidelines and timelines, and relay this information effectively to your team.
You’ll lead design projects from the concept phase through to successful completion, overseeing each stage of the creative process to ensure briefs are being met consistently and to the highest quality.
As a senior member of the team, you’ll mentor those around you to achieve project goals, quickly becoming a motivating and positive role model within the studio.
What We’re Looking For
A creative mindset with the confidence to bring ideas to the table is key here – as is a solid understanding of the creative process as a whole.
With at least 6 years of experience in a design role already, you’re someone who can find that sweet spot between following guidelines and exceeding expectations, and you have an impressive portfolio to prove it!
Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, you’ll need to have a great set of verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with peers, colleagues and clients brilliantly.
