The Position
Managing a range of exciting design projects for your clients, you’ll lead your team with skill to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget,
Directing the execution of the creative brief and strategy for each project, you’ll create strong and effective internal partnerships to aid the smooth transition from design phase to the production phase.
Always looking to solve problems along the way, you’ll maintain and utilize a long-term and holistic view of the business as a whole, becoming a real advocate for the company and your team by stimulating great design practice and heaps of creative thinking too.
What We’re Looking For
An instinctive creative and conceptual thinker who’s passionate about design and always striving to improve.
More than ready to wow us with your experience delivering stunning work, you’ll showcase your experience working in the design industry for over 8 years, with at least 5 years working in a leadership role.
You’ll be happy rolling up your sleeves and contributing to all aspects of the design process, confident in your ability to balance this with your role as a leader. What will really earn your spot here is passion, drive, and a love for what you do!
