The Position
Driven and motivated, you’ll play a vital role in the studio, a hands-on presence that helps to inspire, coach and mentor the wider design team, as well as ensure the smooth delivery of projects by simultaneously hitting the brief and budget with ease every time.
You’ll utilize your top-notch communication skills to concisely distil information, present ideas, and articulate constructive feedback, forming great working relationships all around, especially looking to aid the smooth transition from design phase to the production phase.
Always looking to solve problems along the way, you’ll maintain and utilize a long-term and holistic view of the business as a whole, becoming a real advocate for the company and your team by stimulating great design practice and heaps of creative thinking too.
What We’re Looking For
A talented Design Director who is a true believer in the power of design! We’re after someone with a concept-first approach to design and a creatively strategic process for working.
Passionate about relationship building and business development, you’ll be an excellent and efficient communicator who is comfortable dealing with everyone from internal junior designers to senior client partners.
More than ready to wow us with your experience delivering stunning work, you’ll showcase your experience working in the design industry for over 8 years, with at least 5 years working in a leadership role.
