The Position
Quickly becoming the driving force for your projects, you’ll play a key role in supporting the team around you to generate big and bold ideas, and bring them to life!
Always aware of the bigger picture, you’ll be on the lookout for challenges and spot opportunities along the way. You’ll take real pride in your projects, ensuring deadlines are met with ease and designs are of the highest quality.
A natural problem solver who is hands-on in their approach to exciting design, you’ll be a real team player – you’ll look to inspire and motivate those around you, mentoring more junior members of the team to think big and aim for the stars!
What We’re Looking For
We’re after a confident creative thinker with an eye for the finer details and a flair for great design.
Our ideal candidate will have worked in a similar environment previously, so we want to see a standout portfolio that showcases your branding and packaging chops. We want to see your track record for strong conceptual ideas and outside-of-the-box thinking – all that kind of stuff!
If you know your craft like the back of your hand and are convincingly passionate about it, this is the place for you! If you’ve got any mentoring and motion experience up your sleeve, these would both be a real bonus for this role, too.
This role is open to people based in Bristol as well as London, as long as you are commutable to one of the offices for a hybrid style of working.
