The Position
Connecting the dots between briefs and ideas, you’ll approach each project with a strategic and flexible mindset, looking to deliver well-crafted and highly considered designs.

You’ll be responsible for making big ideas happen! You’ll push each project forward, working with those around you to ensure the full vision is executed by setting the direction and constantly analysing, understanding and resolving challenges.

Setting the tempo for the studio, you’ll present ideas with confidence and mentor more junior members of the team, always thinking of the business as a whole and looking to develop and inspire wherever possible.

What We’re Looking For
Enthusiastic and collaborative, we’re after a super conceptual Senior Designer who is ahead of the curve, always looking at the bigger picture and problem-solving along the way.

We need to see a portfolio that’s full of contemporary projects and wider brand world thinking, and we want to see the whole process, including initial concepts and the development stages that will show us exactly how you work your magic. Experience using Figma would be a real nice to have here, too! 

You’ll be a natural leader and mentor, able to set an example to others and communicate with clarity and impact. If you’re able to articulate in all areas of brand identity, judge quality and standards, and be generous with your knowledge and skills, it sounds like you could be the perfect fit!
