Joining a global sports, gaming and entertainment company, you’ll be a crucial part of the social media team, working closely with the commercial and marketing teams to conceive, create, and launch new content ideas for owned platforms – mainly for Instagram and TikTok.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role – either agency or in-house. You’ll be a social media native, with an insatiable appetite for understanding the constantly evolving landscape and its corresponding native customer behaviours.

You’ll have your finger on the pulse of the internet and be keen to know what people are talking about, whether it’s fashion, music, trends, technology, emerging platforms, or social concerns.

Key experience and skills include:

– Dedication, persistence, and passion for the speed and evolution of social media. Your knowledge of the platforms should be deep enough that you know how to push them to their limits.
– Excellent understanding of art direction & aesthetics
– Experience designing for static & moving contents
– Great communication skills, both written & verbal, especially when it comes to directing or presenting design concepts
– Excellent Mac skills, fully versed in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop & After Effects, plus all relevant social apps
– Proficient with Asana to manage work & Sprinkler to stay on top of content

This is a remote working role for someone based in the UK, but our ideal candidate will be open and available to travel for shoots and productions outside of the UK.
