The Position
Proactive and ideas-driven, you’ll take ownership of projects by crafting innovative concepts for briefs and becoming a real driving force – pushing ideas forward to deliver exceptional results.
Utilising your key communication skills, you’ll work efficiently and effectively with your team, as well as with clients. Balancing design and management, you enjoy both sides of this role – from crafting stories and responding to feedback to managing and mentoring more junior members of the team and ensuring timely delivery.
A true team player at heart, you’ll work with a collaborative and positive mindset, trusted to translate client needs into great ideas as well as inspire and motivate those working around you.
What We’re Looking For
More than comfortable in a client-facing design role, our ideal candidate will be confident, committed and creative.
We’re after a skilled, hands-on Senior Designer who is committed to delivering design excellence. You’ll be a real self-starter, who can think both strategically and conceptually to solve problems and exceed expectations.
It’s important that you have a solid background working in the branding world – you’ll know exactly how to take the lead on an account, with a great understanding of corporate work too. You’ll talk us through your experience, and showcase your portfolio that’s guaranteed to impress.
