The Position
Directing the more complex projects, you’ll be responsible for the development of highly innovative and creative design work for branding campaigns, across all marketing channels and emerging platforms.
You’ll take the lead on presentations to clients, fostering long-lasting relationships all around you, consistently thinking of new ways to add value to their experience and motivating your team to exceed their expectations, too!
You’ll be a supportive and collaborative presence in the studio, ready to uphold the high standards of quality that are expected and mentor the growth of your creative team by lending a helping hand and pushing back when necessary.
What We’re Looking For
We’re after a natural leader who blends creative vision with strategic thinking, someone who can take the reins on cutting-edge branding initiatives and drive them to success!
You’ll be able to talk us through your impressive experience in creating brand identities and systems, and your understanding of how to keep a project on track – from ensuring objectives and guidelines are being met, high standards are aligned and collaboration is always prioritised.
A background in luxury campaigns, art direction and core brand management is key here, and you’ll be an expert when it comes to challenging clients and championing great ideas – and you’re definitely not afraid to let design speak for itself!
