The Position
Involved in the design process from start to finish, you’ll uphold the top-tier delivery standards they are known for here!
Ready to roll up your sleeves, you’ll get stuck into concept and idea generations to help connect brands with their customers; bringing with you a collaborative, open-minded approach to your work and the ability to get behind ideas and push them creatively.
Making the most of your key understanding of strategic, creative and commercial aspects of brands – you’ll work out how each unique brand can thrive in the current world around them, and present your ideas back to clients with confidence.
What We’re Looking For
A bright and instinctive creative with a love of design and plenty of passion for what you do.
You’ll be an expert when it comes to Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, and your strong portfolio will demonstrate your creative vision as well as your background in packaging and FMCG. We want to see some big brands in there, plus some global rebranding too. Any 3D animation, cinema or visualising would be a real bonus here, too.
Mentoring experience is key here too, paired with your enthusiasm and positive attitude, you’ll be a truly positive influence on the team around you. Most importantly, you’ll be a highly conceptual thinker – the type of person who knows how to transform ideas into something really special.
