The Position
Adopting an all-around approach, you’ll work your design magic across a variety of briefs and projects – effectively conveying your thought processes and collaborating with the wider team to ensure knockout results.
You’ll run on inspiration and ideas and actively contribute to group discussions and concept development, keen to flex your creative muscles and push design further within the business.
Really taking the time to understand your client’s needs and ambitions, you’ll roll up your sleeves to deliver top-tier results – comfortable engaging with and presenting to clients and colleagues alike and becoming a real advocate for encouraging creativity within the business.

Level-headed, adaptable and passionate, you’ll bring to the table a collaborative approach, a fresh perspective and an up-to-date awareness of market trends.
A real team player, you’re ready to lead and mentor those around you, inspiring everyone to learn, grow and progress as a team.
You’ll be someone who lives and breathes all things brand and pack – we want to see your exciting and diverse portfolio that showcases your food, FMCG and retail experience.
It’s important that you’re able to clearly articulate the creative vision and thought processes behind your work, and last but not least, a few nice-to-haves include any experience with art direction, digital and brand identity!
