The Position
Getting stuck into the full creative process, you’ll collaborate and brainstorm with those around you, forging those big ideas that put a smile on people’s faces.
You’ll utilise your understanding of how to create a new brand that’s out to impress, as well as how to deliver a rebrand successfully. You’ll communicate effectively, looking to spark inspiration and motivate the team, and lend a helping hand when it comes to brand workshops too!
A natural leader, you’ll push ideas to the front and really ensure your voice is heard and your opinions matter, looking to really make the most out of your conceptual eye and in-depth knowledge of your craft to help ideas soar.
What We’re Looking For
Adaptable and full of creativity, we’re after a Senior Designer who is all about ambitious ideas and even better delivery – you think outside of the box and you love what you do.
We’re looking for someone who understands that open discussions and collaborative approaches are the best routes to crafting highly creative and conceptually strong work, so you’re always happy to pitch ideas and share feedback.
You’ll have a truly standout portfolio, so you’ll confidently talk us through your design skillset and the brands you’ve worked your magic across. If you have any motion in there that has helped to really enhance a brand, this would be a massive bonus!
