The Position
Responsible for creating visually compelling designs across a wide variety of brand touchpoints, you’ll be a key member of the marketing team to balance creative flair with strategic thinking, shaping the design output for the whole business.
You’ll design attention-grabbing adverts that will drive clicks and convert leads across various digital platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube, and work your magic across marketing assets, from print leaflets and flyers to website updates, digital banners and motion graphics.
Your good understanding of working within a brand’s guidelines will set you up perfectly here, so you’ll be able to hit the ground running in this role, ensuring work is completed on time and to the highest standard.
What We’re Looking For
We’re after a hardworking and creative Middleweight Designer who has a solid understanding of design and a keen eye for detail.
You’ll have a minimum of 5 years working successfully within a fast-paced agency environment, so we want to see your portfolio that showcases your great work across both print and digital channels.
Our ideal candidate will be someone who is able to work well independently, as well as collaborate effectively with the full team – it’s important you are passionate about design, and able to push back where necessary to ensure team expectations are realistic, but exceeded regularly!
