The Position
A natural storyteller, you’ll see potential in every project that comes your way, working hard to create bespoke designs and push the creative.
From residential developments to large commercial properties, you’ll quickly become a key part of the bids team, taking each brief and handcrafting a real experience for it, understanding how to create bids and pitches that will become a real helping hand for the sales team to winning new accounts and properties.
A team spirit is definitely necessary, as they’re a tight-knit bunch and want someone who will fit right in. You’ll be ready to spread your design magic wherever necessary, helping out when needed and always on the lookout for your next opportunity!
What We’re Looking For
An experienced Senior Designer who can come in and change things up! You’ll be someone who absolutely loves creating designs that stop people in their tracks, and you’ll hit the ground running, bringing plenty of spirit and energy to the team.
We’re after a really high-quality level of skill here, so we want to see a portfolio that’s absolutely bursting with creativity. You’ll be a real master of Adobe, specifically InDesign, AfterEffects and Photoshop, and any knowledge of Premier Pro or motion graphics would be a definite tick here too.
Experience with bidding projects would be a real bonus, but at a minimum, you’ll need to have worked within the corporate or B2B worlds, so you can bring with you a really solid understanding of the industry.
