The Position
Working across brand design, you’ll develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all channels, including packaging design, high quality assets for social media, campaigns, POS materials and collateral design.
A key player in the conceptual development stages, you’ll collaborate with the wider team in brainstorming sessions to think up fresh and exciting visual concepts for campaigns and product launches.
A real enthusiasm for design and the role itself is particularly important, you’ll be someone who really takes initiative to drive projects forward and develop work that will really make a difference for the business.
What We’re Looking For
A Graphic Designer with plenty of creative vision and a real passion for design that’s all about impact!
With a meticulous eye for typography, layout and colour, we want to see a portfolio full of digital design, POS materials and packaging. It should not only highlight your skills across the Adobe Creative Suite, but shows how you get things production ready too – we’re talking knowledge of printing methods, substrates, finishes, that kind of stuff.
You’ll have at least 2 years behind you in a similar role within an agency or in-house, which means your industry knowledge will be spot on, so we want to hear all about your background working with fast-paced FMCG challenger brands. And lastly, any food or pet industry experience would be the real cherry on the cake, too!
