The Position
Working with a 360 approach, you’ll be an expert at each stage of the process, from managing the team and freelancers for each project, ideating and brainstorming creative concepts, designing and delivering pitch decks, and even lending a helping hand when it comes to invoicing, too.

You’ll take the lead on each brief, making the most out of your high standards and putting your keen eye for detail and prioritisation skills to good use. You’ll keep people on track with your flexible and ‘can-do’ attitude, ready to tackle challenges head-on as a team and deliver outstanding results that exceed expectations. 

What We’re Looking For
We’re after someone who is genuinely dedicated to being the best of the best – a self-sufficient and confident individual, who can work some real creative magic across a range of exciting events. 

You’ll be required to be onsite regularly, so you’ll be a real pro when it comes to relationship building, you’ll know exactly how to boost the mood and energise the people around you, and you’ll have a way about you that inspires people to join you on a project’s journey.

Management experience in an agency setting is the real key to this opportunity, and you’ll need to have a background that spans creative ideation, events and pitching – we want to know exactly how you bring great ideas to life, and we want to see it too, so be sure to include your portfolio that showcases the events you’ve worked across!
