The Position
Flexible in your approach, you’ll lend your creative expertise to a variety of exciting projects – there’s plenty to get stuck into here.

Communication is a strong point for you, and you’ll present ideas to both your team and clients alike, ready to utilise feedback to build out briefs and processes, seeing each project through to successful completion. 

Unafraid to shake things up, you’ll have your finger on the pulse of the latest trends and actively contribute fresh ideas that get people excited. You’ll be a collaborative worker, keen to get stuck into briefs alongside your team, and open to sharing ideas and feedback so that the work being crafted is of the highest quality.

What We’re Looking For
Driven, talented and resilient, you’ll be a Midweight Creative with plenty of tricks up your sleeve, and your portfolio well and truly demonstrates this! 

As a self-driven and collaborative creative, you’ll take it upon yourself to learn new skills to enhance your understanding of design, and you’ll be an open communicator; someone who understands that feedback and critical thinking are important parts of the process.

Personality goes a long way here, so it’s important that you bring lots of positive energy to the team plus a flexible approach to working too.
