The Position
Enhancing brand perception by bringing the brand to life in a memorable and exciting way, you’ll play a key role in the conceptualising, developing and execution stages, working your magic across channels such as live events, experiential marketing, digital campaigns and more! 

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll deliver impactful activations that align with marketing objectives, generate brand awareness and resonate with target audiences. You’ll ideate and create concepts for activations by experimenting with emerging technologies, platforms and techniques that push the boundaries of what’s possible within design! 

A confident storyteller, you’ll present projects to teams and clients alike, articulating your vision clearly and persuasively, proactively offering input and knowledge and overseeing the timely end-to-end delivery of activations, ensuring creative consistency and excellence across touchpoints.

What We’re Looking For
A boundary-pushing thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with a real knack for translating big ideas into big-impact, real-world results. Strong creative vision, strategic planning skills and a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar creative environment are exactly what we’re after here! 

You’ll have a portfolio bursting at the seams with innovative activations across various formats, including experiential, digital and retail. It’ll highlight your proficiency in design tools, specifically the Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation software, your exceptional ideation and concept development skills, as well as your ability to craft and sell creative ideas.

A thorough understanding of the full activation process is key here, so you’ll show us how you take a concept from strategy through the development stages and over to successful execution. You’re someone who is more than comfortable within the world of advertising, able to brief and drive projects to the Gen-Z market, utilising your incredible storytelling ability.
