The Position
Leading ideation and design across various projects, you’ll work your magic on everything that comes your way, from campaign and branding to digital and print.
You’ll take full ownership of your work, from initial concept through to delivery, championing collaborative thinking and inspiring creativity along the way.
You’ll think about how branding applies to full rollout across internal communication packages, confident in your ability to bring complete brand and technical awareness, creativity and expertise to every brief you take a look at.
You’ll stay on top of design and industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, thinking about how these can help to enhance the team’s capabilities and the agency’s creative output.
What We’re Looking For
A smart thinker with a strategic mindset and a keen eye for detail, you’ll be talented, driven and logical.
We’re after a Senior Designer who is a natural leader with some big ideas – you’re all about pushing boundaries, challenging concepts and refining ideas, so the prospect of chopping and changing by jumping onto different briefs, projects and clients is exciting to you.
We’re after someone who can wear many hats, always ready to muck in and lend a hand, with business growth at the forefront of your creative thought process. You’ll be a master when it comes to presenting, pitching and communicating effectively, and you have experience doing so to colleagues and clients alike.
