The Position
Exploring each project with original thinking and a fresh perspective, you’ll be inspired by the design world around you, bringing culture, arts and ideas together to create unique design responses for each brief you work on.
You’ll become a valuable member of the team in no time, designing for multiple platforms and crafting motion-led content – you’ll lead with design principles at the forefront when challenging briefs and taking each project through the entire design process, from the concept stages straight through to completion.
It’s important that you’ll manage your time and workload with some real expertise, communicating with those around you effectively to work out how each individual brand can thrive in the world around them.
What We’re Looking For
A Midweight Designer with a creative mindset and the confidence to bring ideas to the table – you’ll be someone consistently thinking outside of the box, ready to get stuck in to produce the best work possible.
Experience working across brand identities, rollouts, and campaigns is key here, so we want to see a portfolio that highlights this, along with digital and social content. Strong typography, layout, composition, static and motion design skills are exactly what we’re looking for!
A true love for sports paired with an understanding of its visual language and surrounding culture will set you apart from the crowd here, but most importantly, you’ll be passionate about what you do and keen to collaborate with your team to deliver work that you can really be proud of!
