The Position
Leading projects, you’ll be responsible for the development and completion of conceptual ideas, utilising your experience to deliver standout work that tells a story.
Becoming a real driving force of creativity, you’ll split your time between hands-on design and coaching, inspiring the team around you to evolve their ideas and encouraging them to develop and refine their skills.
You’re a confident presenter, a natural teacher and a strategic thinker too, someone who understands the benefits tech and AI can have on design, dedicated to bringing brands into the future!
Not forgetting your real knack for spotting opportunities, you well and truly know how to transform briefs into projects that get people excited – work that combines acute industry awareness with your own unique spin.
What We’re Looking For
Curious, engaged and versatile, we’re after a Design Director with a proven track record of leading and delivering high-quality creative work.
With a background in corporate branding and a portfolio packed full of conceptual thinking, packaging projects and some truly top-tier motion design skills, you’re someone out to impress. We want to see just how you embrace the big brand systems and chunky accounts, and you’ll happily talk us through your thoughtful leadership style, too, and how you bring those around you along for the ride.
Ready to contribute to all aspects of the design process, you’ll be confident in your ability to balance this with your role as a leader – we’re talking project direction, strategy, mentoring and client management. What will really earn your spot here is passion, drive, and a love for what you do!
