The Position
A true expert at what you do, you’ll translate a brand’s essence by rolling up your sleeves and making the most of your stellar design skills and conceptual eye, looking to spot opportunities and market trends which could help your clients and the agency to grow.
Confident in your projects, you’ll be comfortable presenting and explaining ideas to both the internal team and clients alike. Encouraging and inspiring those around you to craft their best work, you’ll utilise your leadership and management skills to mentor and support junior members of the team.
You’re someone who definitely knows the value of open discussions, collaborative approaches and trusting relationships, and you’ll always look to forge the best route to crafting creative and conceptually strong work.
What We’re Looking For
A restless thinker with a desire to challenge, surprise and stretch those around you! You have a concept-first approach to design and a creatively strategic process for working.
With plenty of branding experience under your belt already, you’ll have a well-rounded portfolio, but what we’re particularly keen to see is your work with sports culture branding and end-to-end campaign projects.
Generous with your time and nurturing in your attitude, you’ll bring a real spark to the team, managing workloads with efficiency and delegating with confidence and skill.
