The Position
A collaborative visionary and a natural leader, you’ll take the design output to new heights here by overseeing the creative teams and helping them to build, grow and improve!
Providing clear and focused direction to your team and always looking to stimulate great design practice and heaps of creative thinking, you’ll know exactly how to get the best out of the people you work with, looking to motivate, encourage and support your team and your clients too.
Skilled when it comes to pitching and managing stakeholders, so confident communication is key here. You’ll be passionate with plenty of business acumen up your sleeve, ready to negotiate, convince and persuade to ensure each big campaign for your global brands is a hit!
What We’re Looking For

We want to hear all about your experience in a senior creative leadership role, as well as your proven track record when it comes to driving excellence in teams to deliver impactful design. You’ll be able to talk us through your experience leading large-scale, high-profile creative campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, print and experiential.
