The Position
Leading the design studio with creativity and flair, you’ll inspire and direct the creative team, developing new products, seasonal collections, gifting ranges, collector specials and maintaining the core pottery ranges this brand is known for.
You’ll fully immerse yourself in all the brand has to offer, getting into the nitty gritty to understand the brand guidelines across product, imagery, copy, as well as the brand’s unique visual language and aesthetic. It’s important you know the value and history that comes with this one, and you’ll work hard to develop, communicate and execute a clear design process that encompasses all of this.
Overseeing all workflows, you’ll keep a beady eye across the design strategy by analysing trend research, sales data and customer insights, as well as staying up to date with the marketing assets, commercial objectives and photoshoots.
What We’re Looking For
A customer-focused Creative Director who really knows their stuff when it comes to the luxury homeware market! You’ll have a solid understanding of commercial line management paired perfectly with a consumer product background.
You’ll be able to talk us through your impressive experience within design, and your understanding of how to keep projects on track – from ensuring objectives and guidelines are being met, high standards are aligned, and collaboration is always prioritised.
You’ll be happy rolling up your sleeves and contributing to all aspects of the design process, confident in your ability to balance this with your role as a leader and a motivator!
