The Position
Really taking hold of the reins and showing true ownership of each project that comes your way, you’ll utilise your design expertise and excellent people skills to deliver work of the highest quality for some of the biggest tech and fashion brands in the world.
Leading a small team but just as ready to muck in as needed, you’ll be motivated to mentor and coach those around you, looking to push the boundaries, cause impact and exceed expectations every time!
You’ll motivate your team to let their creativity roam free, putting their graphic design skills to great use across a range of exciting challenges and constantly inspiring them to think outside of the box.
What We’re Looking For
First and foremost, you’ll be an adaptable and strategic thinker with a really keen eye for detail.
A real team player, it’s important that you’re passionate about your work and ready to speak up when sharing ideas and feedback. We’re after a leader who is happy to roll their sleeves up, so we want to hear all about your experience with managing and mentoring and helping people to develop and grow in their roles.
With experience working at top-tier international agencies already, you’ll be able to articulate ideas in different formats, and you’re used to conceptualising ideas across different mediums and pitching and presenting these concepts. You’ll have a comprehensive and well-rounded portfolio that clearly demonstrates the creative vision and thought process behind your work.
For this role, you’ll be working in harmony with the team in the US, so it’s important that you’re excited to work in this international way, more than happy to be flexible on hours, in particular, working US hours for a couple of days per week.
