The Position
This role is an excellent opportunity to really take hold of the reins, showing true ownership by utilizing your diverse design expertise and excellent management skills to deliver work of the highest calibre.
Making the most of your strategic mindset and conceptual eye, you’ll have a clear and comprehensive understanding of art direction and craft – able to comfortably brief and lead projects, proactively offer creative input and knowledge and ensure deadlines are met.
Hands-on and ready to get well and truly stuck in, you’ll collaborate successfully with internal teams and external clients too – looking to build and maintain effective relationships with everyone who crosses your path.
What We’re Looking For
A passion for design, strong communication skills and a strategic mindset is exactly what we’re after here.
Your portfolio will showcase your brand and packaging experience, with a particular focus on CPG examples. Alongside this, we want to know all about your background directing accounts, leading with confidence and guiding design choices and outcomes to be the best of the best.
A natural team player and a strong storyteller, you’re flexible in your approach and ready to adapt methods and styles to suit individual needs – dedicated to helping everyone around you thrive, succeed and develop in their roles.
