We’re super collaborative, so anyone coming into the business will have an established client base and candidate pool to work with, as well as incoming business and all the tools you need to be successful.
We’re looking for a consultant who can help take us to the next level.
You’re an experienced recruiter, who can hit the ground running, drive business across both permanent and/or freelance markets, and help us grow client relationships. You’ll have a sixth sense for a good opportunity and be a dab hand at converting enquiries.
You’ll need to talk recruitment with everyone from creative directors to junior designers - so experience in the design industry will come in handy.
First thing’s first: we only work with clients we want to work with. It means we’re excited about the work we take on, keeping us engaged with our clients and our standards high.
We partner with creative agencies and studios that specialise in brand, design and digital. We carefully match them up with talented people. Our consultancy is our craft and we take great pride in high standards, working together with our clients to shape creative teams.
We believe every client challenge is different and it’s our job to understand ambitions before offering solutions. So as recruiters we need to be curious; happy to speak up and ask (sometimes obvious, sometimes difficult, often interesting) questions.
We’re looking to build the Craft team with somebody driven, friendly and self-motivated with a commercial mindset and a strong track record in recruitment. We have big plans, especially in the next twelve months, so we need someone who can match our ambition.
