The four day week
Everyone at Craft works a four day week. Since we adopted a four day week we’ve seen effectiveness and job satisfaction increase across the business. Everyone’s happier and more successful… what’s not to like?

Commission
Commission is uncapped so there’s no limit on your earning potential.

Holidays
On top of your four day week, you also get 20 days annual leave a year + bank holidays. That’s a whopping 80 days off a year!

Remote working
We moved to a fully remote model in 2020 and haven’t looked back. And we put a lot of time and effort into keeping our culture at our core.

Learning and development
We continuously look to improve, as individuals and as a business - and we never pass up an opportunity to learn more about our industry. We run an ‘all-agency day’ every four weeks where we down tools and get together as a team to hone our skills.

Our most recent sessions have included external training on:
- Negotiation workshops
- Retained recruitment courses
- Copywriting for recruiters
- Design industry guest speakers

Trips abroad
We celebrate success as a team, with an annual all-expenses paid knees-up. In 2018 we drank beers in the sun in Amsterdam. In 2019 we rode electric scooters around Copenhagen. The less said about 2020 the better. We’re busy planning our 2021 trip as we speak…

The job - Design Recruiter
We’re looking for a Recruiter or Senior Recruitment Consultant who can help take us to the next level.

You’re an experienced and talented recruiter, who can hit the ground running, drive permanent recruitment projects from start to finish, and help us grow accounts and client relationships.

We receive a lot of incoming business and have long-standing client relationships, so you’ll need a sixth sense for a good opportunity and be a dab hand at pitching for business and converting enquiries.

You’ll need to talk recruitment with everyone from creative directors and managing directors to junior designers — so experience in the design industry, or a hunger to learn and grow in the design industry, is essential.



Our Expectations
We’re looking to build the Craft team with somebody driven, friendly and self-motivated with a commercial mindset and a strong track record in recruitment. We have big plans, especially in the next twelve months, so we’re looking for someone who can match our ambition. Hopefully, that’s you!
