The Position
Day-to-day, you’ll focus on transforming data into work that will encourage and inspire employee engagement, elevating research into something seriously eye-catching.

Working alongside the Head of Insight and a talented team of creatives who really care about what they do, you’ll utilise your experience building data and expertise in layout and typography to bring challenging subjects to life.

Responsible for conducting final proofs before release, you’ll also employ your expertly trained eye to make sure work is perfectly presented for print and error-free!


What We’re Looking For
A skilled Designer with a knack for creating reports or brochures and a specialism in layout and typography.

You might be a Junior who’s looking to work with leading brands, a Midweight with a passion for problem-solving and turning data into design, or a Senior with corporate reports flowing through your creative veins!

You’ll have at least 1-2 years experience in a similar role, a real eye for detail and be meticulous in your approach to work. Knowledge of print and layout is essential as your work will need to be print-perfect, every time.

This is a fantastic place to work with perks and benefits which really make the difference. It is a remote opportunity, but the agency is based in York, so occasional visits to the office would be required.
