The Position
As Creative Lead, you’ll play a key role in the output and delivery of the Design team. Going beyond a bog-standard management position, you’ll split your time evenly between line management and hands-on work, inspiring great ideas and design every step of the way.

Making the most of the creative freedom this role offers, you’ll be an advocate for innovation and collaboration, coming up with new and exciting ideas and encouraging the team to do the same. You’ll oversee projects across the entire design department from start to finish, working with mediums such as print, videography and even outdoor media - think designing ads to feature on buses!

What We’re Looking For
An enthusiastic and imaginative design all-rounder who can coach a team to be their best, elevate creative thinking, and deliver results.

Bringing a solid design background and management experience to the table, you’ll know how to deliver great art direction and feedback, handle reporting, and use your industry knowledge to bring out the best in other designers.

You’ll have a portfolio that demonstrates your experience with campaign work from concept to delivery, as well as your expertise when it comes to typography and brand. Experience in videography is nice to have as you’ll have oversight of a video team, but it’s not essential.
