This role will be split between directing projects and people - offering you a great opportunity to lead and build a team, line managing juniors while using your expertise to create work to be proud of.
You’ll be a master of strategy and conceptual work, and be able to showcase your ability to execute designs to an impressive standard. if you have art direction experience - here is your chance to show it off.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an impressive portfolio with examples of kick-ass design, campaigns and communications, and also possibly establishing new identities…
In a nutshell, you’ll need to show your vision and creativity, working with established household names in sport or fashion, and maximising impact opportunities across a range of channels. Think brand activation, as much as brand development.
As a director, we’re looking for 10+ years of experience, including managing and coaching a team. Experience working on retail, experiential or 3D design would be beneficial.
