An exciting opportunity within the team, they are looking for a Creative Lead to head their design function whilst the current manager is on maternity leave. Someone who can hit the ground running, mentor the team and work with stakeholders to keep things running smoothly.
Leading the team to success, you’ll be a key player in the delivery and efficiency of the Design Department. Going beyond a bog standard management position, you’ll make real contributions to the design strategy across packaging and new product development.
With an expert insight into brand development, you’ll work with stakeholders to ensure work is running through the studio and delivering results. You’ll oversee packaging, POS and brand campaigns- keeping spirits high and creative juices flowing. This is a real opportunity to boost your portfolio, and work with some of the industry’s biggest and best.

With an impressive track record of FMCG design and management experience, we’re looking for a real leader with great commercial awareness. Someone who knows how to coach a team to be their best, elevate branding, and deliver results.
Taking on the creative for the UK and the rest of Europe, you’ll have cracking commercial awareness and know that one size doesn’t fit all. Flexible in your approach, and with an eye for an opportunity, you’ll be ready to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in with the strategy behind all visuals rolled out.
You’ll bring with you a design background and great leadership, and use your industry knowledge to bring the best out in the designers.
