No two days will look the same here, with plenty of different projects to get stuck into. You’ll guide and inspire FMCG powerhouses on their branding and occasionally work on projects for corporate clients too. One day, you might find yourself designing packaging for a new product launch, and the next you could be creating designs for an in-store roll out.
With some smaller, challenger brands to take on as well, you’ll get the opportunity to try your hand at all sorts of stuff. The company has offices in London and Leeds and are real advocates for multi-site collaboration so there’ll be plenty of opportunities to share ideas and work in tandem with the rest of the design team, too!
What We’re Looking For
Personality and a real spark. We want to hear from people who are enthusiastic, excited by what they do and who take care when it comes to clients and colleagues.
Couple this enthusiasm with a knockout portfolio full of exciting work with a focus towards experience in the FMCG and retail sectors, and you’ll surely be on track to land the top spot.
You’ll be able to show us how you think, how you can take a brief from the start and bring it to life, the thinking behind the development and how you can articulate the final brand or campaign you’ve created. Previous experience in Art Direction or Photography and any collaboration with external partners (e.g. Typographers, Illustrators) would also be a big plus.
With 3+ years agency experience under your belt, you’ll be ready to hit the ground running, producing work you’ll be proud of from the get go.
