The Position
A key piece of the puzzle, you’ll take the lead on creating brand assets for a varied portfolio of clients, utilising the wealth of experience and craft behind you to oversee full campaigns and lead your team in the process.

Working closely with clients and colleagues to deliver work that goes above and beyond client expectations, branding toolkits and themes will be an invaluable resource in your campaigns and you’ll know exactly how to capitalise on clients’ familiar branding, using it to really engage audiences.

As someone who understands how to effectively deconstruct and challenge a concept, you’ll be able to read between the lines, rewrite the story and be comfortable switching things up when it comes to your standard design work. You’ll have a real flair for taking data and producing reports that are engaging and eye-catching for your clients. Throughout everything, you’ll help steer the course of the way the company is run, so your work will all be for the greater good.


What We’re Looking For
As a Creative Lead, it goes without saying that you’ll have an impressive portfolio of work. You’ll be conceptual in your approach, know exactly how to get your ideas onto paper, and understand how to direct the wider team to deliver the agreed vision.

Using toolkits and leaning on your colleagues where needed, you’ll be the glue that holds things together. Both a go-getter and a problem solver, you’ll know when to shake things up and do things differently to deliver designs but also understand how to get the best out of everyone on the team.

Finally, personality goes a long way here, so we’d love to see this reflected in your work. If you’ve got a gift for any storyboarding or motion work, we’d like to see that too!
