These trailblazers are seeking a capable and inventive Creative Director to join their ranks. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a passionate and dedicated team, working with some of the most celebrated and exciting packaging and challenger brands.


What’s on Offer?
£65,000 - £80,000
A company-wide bonus (up to 9% of salary)
26 days holiday (+ bank holidays)

The Position
Working across a host of creative projects for luxury brands and globally recognised household names, you will lead, direct, and design world-class projects; overseeing studio output from brand identity to graphics, packaging, brand campaigns, and some experiential projects too.

While you may have a design specialism - and that’s great - you’ll embrace and seek variety, always ready to meet challenges and offer beautiful, often simple solutions.

You’ll work with/mentor some of the most impressive designers in the industry and relish the opportunity to carry the baton, putting your stamp on some really exciting and interesting projects in a lovely studio - what’s not to like?!


What We’re Looking For
Although you’ll lead a large team, you’ll still be hands on. Therefore, we’re after an extremely talented designer, crafter and visionary. This agency champions versatile graphic designers who aren’t pigeon-holed on a specific output so ideally, we want the full package - someone who wants to design, strategise, consult, motivate, lead and inspire!

You’ll be strategically minded, able to build and deliver presentations with a high degree of creative eloquence and be confident in your ability to earn buy-in from the client audience.

Naturally, with a role such as this, we’re looking for a beautifully crafted portfolio of work that pushes boundaries and disrupts categories. We’d like to see impressive clients here too - brands we know and love that prove you’re up for the challenge!
