The Position
Making the most of your diverse skillset and expert knowledge of all things motion, you’ll design work that packs a serious punch.
You’ll be confident in your ability to voice your opinion in the ideation phases, looking to develop briefs from start to finish as well as define the motion process too.
Strategic and proactive, you’ll bring ideas to life and stay on top of each project’s timeline, you’ll build compelling motion design and manage the deadlines and milestones at the same time.
What We’re Looking For
We’re after a creator of ideas – someone innovative who can work independently and think outside of the box.
Your portfolio will be full to the brim with social and digital content, we want to see plenty of 2D examples, plus it’ll showcase your skills when it comes to editing, using After Effects and Premiere too. Our ideal candidate will have some B2B experience in there, as well as a background in mentoring and developing other team members. Be sure to throw in some 3D examples, if you’ve got them!
You’ll be an ambitious Senior 2D Motion Designer, the type who’s just as happy working across animation as they are across projects where they can really push the boat out. You’ll be excited to head up the motion offerings for the agency, and with your bigger-picture thinking you’ll build out the team over time.
