The Position
Flexible in your approach, you’ll lend your motion design expertise to a range of exciting projects – excited by the variety, and ready to get stuck in.
Communication is a strong point for you, and you’ll share ideas with both your team and clients alike, ready to utilise feedback to build out briefs and processes, seeing each project through to successful completion.
Unafraid to shake things up, you’ll have your finger on the pulse of the latest trends and actively contribute fresh ideas that get people excited. You’ll mentor more junior members of the team, encouraging them to be confident in voicing their opinions and pushing their designs.
What We’re Looking For
Driven, talented and resilient, you’ll be a Motion Designer with plenty of insight up your sleeve. We want someone who has a strategic mindset, and a collaborative approach to working.
You don’t stick to the norm, and you definitely push creativity to weird and wonderful places, so we want to see your showreel that highlights your varied skillset – show us that you’re someone who understands how to communicate the vision and thought process behind your work. Be sure to really showcase your expertise across Adobe Suite and Cinema4D, too.
Personality goes a long way here, so it’s important that you’ll bring lots of positive energy to the team plus a flexible, collaborative approach to working too!
