The Position
A seasoned Motion Designer, you’ll utilise your wealth of experience in motion and 2D animation across a whole range of projects and briefs to deliver beautifully crafted work that goes above and beyond client expectations.

You’ll have a conceptual focus and have no problem producing storyboards and/or coming up with fresh ideas, consistently aiming to improve and develop.

You’ll mentor the wider motion team, focusing on developing their skills and working alongside them to inspire and encourage the production of truly exceptional work.

What We’re Looking For
A hands-on Motion Designer with a good few years’ experience under their belt and a real flair for 2D animation. You’ll have a varied and exciting portfolio of work that showcases your extensive background working with 2D - any 3D experience would be a bonus.

You’ll be conceptually minded with a proven track record of producing storyboards and coming up with fresh, new ideas.

You’ll be a natural when it comes to leading a team and working collaboratively, understanding how to mentor and develop individuals to help to encourage great work. If you have any previous experience leading a motion team, we’d love to hear about it!
