The Position
Articulate and concise when communicating ideas and strategies, you’ll manage projects from concept to completion, with the support of an extremely talented team to help you execute your vision.
A natural people person, you’ll build and nurture relationships with ease. An integral part of the studio, you’ll build rapport with clients, holding the room’s attention when you speak and bringing a high level of gravitas to meetings, presentations and pitches.
Day-to-day you’ll oversee your team, directing the design output and stimulating great practice and heaps of creative thinking too. Ready to stay at the top of your game in the ever-changing world of design, you’ll be truly passionate about helping the team and the business to not only progress but to thrive.
What We’re Looking For
We want to talk to a skilful designer and a collaborative leader – a Design Director with outside-of-the-box thinking paired with an impressive set of brand ideation skills.
You know exactly how to tap into the brand world, disrupting projects with dynamic and fresh thoughts and ideas. Your portfolio will absolutely be out to impress, and we’d love to see some experiential design in there too.
Culture-first, you’re someone who stays up to date with the latest news and trends in the industry, using this to spark conversations, inspire ideas and influence projects.
