We’ve identified an issue around age in creative careers, with many people feeling unsure about how to manage, collaborate and leverage the skills of a multigenerational design team.
So for the first series of our podcast, we interview design leaders across a range of ages — we speak to creatives aged 21 to 75 to explore how age shapes careers, and get their take on an aspect of diversity that will affect every single one of us.
